The Alligator Lake Invitational will consist of a High School and Middle School. The High school 5k will have A boys and A girls Varsity Green & Invite, as well as a JV race. Varsity races are allowed to run 10 athletes and JV unlimited entries. If a school would like to run in both varsity races then they will have to pay the full entry fee for both races. The middle school will have a boys and girls 3k race and will be a super qualifier for the middle school state meet. The Invite and Green race will have a maximum of 40 teams in each race. There will be no assigned starting boxes; it will be first come first serve. Coaches please let your parents know that there are NO PETS allowed in the park. Any dogs brought into the park will have to remain in a vehicle. If you are an out of state team attending please let me know asap so I can get the proper sanctions.

Online Entry
Registration will be on www.flrunners.com. To be able to register your team you must pay for your team first to get the password to open up the registration. Payments can be made by credit card or check. Check must be made out to B3R Promotions LLC please put an e-mail address and event name (Alligator Lake Invite) on the check note so we know who to e-mail the password too and what event you are paying for. Mail check to Dusty Smith 9151 NW 40th Street Chiefland, fl 32626. To pay by credit card please e-mail me for these steps. Registration will end Tuesday the 22nd at midnight. High School & Middle School coaches please enter your entire roster not just your Varsity runners. High School Varsity Green, Invite and Middle School top 2 overall teams Boys and Girls will get team custom awards. Winners will receive a 3ft gator and runner up will receive a 2ft gator.

Course
The course is 90% in the shade on nice grass trails around the beautiful Alligator Lake Park. The course will be marked with mile markers as well as kilometer markers. The Course has been the host site of the Alligator Lake run 2008-present, Greater North Florida (Columbia High School) 08,09, 2009 FHSAA 3A District 2, 2011, 2013 FHSAA Region 1 1A, 2A & 3A.
Event Shirts
Event shirts will be on sale for $12.00 pre- sale till September 11th. Day of the event will be $15.00 cash $16.00 credit card and in limited quantity at the event .To be guaranteed a t-shirt you can pre order by e-mailing [email protected]. Youth sizes will be pre sale only! We will need team name, quantity & shirt sizes.
Order must be sent and paid for by Friday September 11th no exceptions.
Event Lapel Pins
A new item this year for the HMT series lapel pins with the meet logo on them. Great addition to your varsity letter or for that track bag to show off where you have raced. Pins will be $5 cash $6 credit card. You can also pre order these pins with your event t-shirts to be guaranteed a pin. These too will be in limited quantity at the meet so make sure to get yours early.
Parking
There will be a $5.00 per vehicle charge for spectator parking. Team buses and team vans are free, if a parent has an athlete in the car they still have to pay $5. Coaches please make sure your parents are aware of this!
